After learning from our friend, Mark, how to make cowboy stew over an open flame, Doug tried his hand at the same and it was muy delicioso!

In March 2010 we bought a 35' Cal Cruiser and set sail to explore the Sea of Cortez. Following our sail through the Sea, we cruised the Pacific along the mainland coast of Mexico. Read on to hear where we cruised, what we explored, and how much we learned during this unique experience. Beyond our time in Mexico we cared for a friend's property in California and then became camp hosts in the Eastern Sierra Mountains. Join us for the journey!
